Windsor hills 2 br condo #402

Has anyone stayed at Windsor Hills unit 402 through vacationcentralflorida.com? If so what can you tell me about the condo and your experience. We will be there 4/18 to 4/25. I have had a very positive experience in working with the owner, Dave.

bumping an old thread as I have the same question, 5 years later lol.
It looks to me as if the balcony faces to road which DH will not like at all (even if it is a fireworks view) we are prob only going to the parks 1 weekend, mostly heading down to visit DD who moved to Orlando in Feb and the rate fits our budget ($310 all taxes/fees 7 nights) since we will be at the condo somewhat, and the pool will be closed for refurb 1/2 of our stay, having a noisy balcony stings a bit, even at that great rate.
So...any past guests of the unit care to share?
