We're renting a condo this summer. The owner provided a link with more information on the resort amenities. It said that the slide closes at 6pm in the summer. Does anyone know how accurate that is? It seems rather early for summer.

I will ask the owner but I'm trying to save all further questions until I have several so as not to pester him lol. In your experience do the rental condos etc in the area generally include blenders in the kitchen? I want to make some daiquiris. That is if they can be taken to the pool. I guess I should see if there are any rules against alcohol at the pool. I don't drink often but on vacation I like a margarita or daiquiri by the pool!

This is the homeowners association site for WH that answers a ton of questions - I used it extensively before staying there a couple of years ago. It does not state the hours, just says seasonally and to check when you arrive so hopefully someone else can tell you.

Slide is open until 8pm April-September. It is open until 6p October-March

The website also has the direct number to the resort so you can phone directly about allowance/not allowance of drinks at the pool.

Alcohol in the pool area should not be an issue. The WH store sells beer on tap so it would seem acceptable to drink in the pool area.
