I was wondering if anybody had previously booked this townhome. I want to book direct with an owner and although I have had a great quote for this townhome for next month it seems to be a small company that owns a number of properties which I am a bit unsure of (first time booking a rental house!).
Many thanks in advance.

We'll bump this back up and see if anyone has some information for you. :)

If you are renting direct from the owner, go ahead and ask them for previous guest testimonials, they won't mind and often love showing potential guests their feedback.

Don't be put off by the fact that they seem a 'small company,' many owners own only one home (in fact very few own more than one home).

If you feel uncomfortable about renting direct from the owner, ask them if you can contact their management company to verify they are genuine owners (they won't mind).

Hope this helps.

By the sounds of it, looks like this is a small company. Check w/ the BBB to see if they have any claims filed against them.

BBB?
I would prefer to go to the owner direct.
With previous quote I have checked our the owner via the property appraiser web site. As this is a small company (owner) with multiple properties I can't instantly do that.
I think I've made my mind up to go back to one of the houses where the owners have contacted me directly.
Thank you all for your contributions.

Have you checked the windsorhillsrent.com website? You may be able to track down the Atlantis there.

Yes, I stayed at Atlantis the Townhome with my family this past July. We found it to be very clean and well kept in a good location within Windsor Hills. We were able to walk to the community pool and the splash pool in the backyard was spotless and had several balls, noodles, etc. for the kids to play with.

The setup is a bedroom on the first floor as you walk in (with a bathroom), followed by the kitchen and living room with a decent sized TV (not big screen or plasma). OUt the sliding doors is the splash pool. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms each with its own bathroom, separated by a hallway with the washer and dryer.

All in all, it was a very positive experience and we wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again.

Thank you for your information.
It turned out to be booked when we got back in touch with them, which was a shame as we had been quoted a good price.
We have now booked a different townhouse.....
Soooooooo excitied! Not into single digit dance yet but not too long.....I'm really enjoying the excitement of a late booking to WDW and WH !!!
Yee ha!
