window designs

I saw a post with pictures of a window designed for a little guests birthday. I would like to do something similar. The disigner had used her criquit. Anyone know what I am talking about???

I guess I got fancy with the spelling of cricut!

I was looking for the layout of the window so I can put it together. I was also trying to see what she adhered to the window with,
