Window, Aisle or Centre?

I'm a window person. I like having the wall of the plane to lean on (and lean away from the person in the middle seat) and I also like to look out the window during take off and landing. I also like not having to worry about anyone bothering me to get up during the flight, so I can doze off comfortably too! Similarly, in restaurants, I always prefer the inside of a booth. Must just be my thing!

In general, for flights under 2 1/2 hours (or super early/late), window. For flights 3+ hours, aisle. When DH and I fly together, I assign us aisle seats across the aisle from each other.

.....obviously "window"....it's rude to have to crawl over other passengers when you are trying to make a quick exit out the window....
