If my parents buy in and want to will the DVC down to my younger brother is there a transfer fee for him? How does it get switched over to his name?

Thanks!

after the will goes through probate.

then he can contact disney and ask.

for just a name added to the contract it is expensive.

but this might be just the $75 charge not sure.

I wouldn't ask now though - WDW is change. So $75 charge today could be $250 in 5 years, or $0. WDW is very hard to predict.

We wondered about this, too. But we just simply added our son and his wife to the contract when we bought - for NO fee. We pay the yearly fees. When we're gone, they can pick up paying the fees and get an address change.

If/when we're too old or infirm to make ressies or enjoy DVC, they'll easily be able to use it with their own family.

Have recently bought 2 different resales (one at BWV/other at BCV) and just added each of my 2 daughter's to each contract. No $$ involved when I kick the bucket, automatically goes to them.

This is a great idea. Is there an age requirement or are you able to do this with minor children?
