Williams-Sonoma+Rachael Ray=disappointment

Sorry must vent AGAIN today. I was all set to go to my local mall to the book signing at Williams Sonoma and see Rachael Ray. I called the store last week to check time because website had two different things and they confirmed it was today. I was all excited, had several friends meeting me there, etc. I called store again today and asked about purchasing the book prior to signing and was told I couldn't go because I didn't have a ticket. WHAT?!?!? Tickets were sold out! I said you need a ticket, what? I said no where on website says that, no one said that last week when I called. What do I get a sorry. AAAGGGHHH!!! I changed my whole schedule to go tonight, I am so disappointment. I will NOT be making 30 minute meals any time soon!

I'm sorry to hear Any chance you can go and if there are no shows maybe they will let you in?

I thought about doing that. Someone else mentioned people were probably scalping tix! I won't pay for a ticket! I know if I go and can't get to see her I'll be more disappointed! Darn her and her bubbly self.

I do believe that was tongue in cheek and not meant to be taken seriously.

ETA: in case you aren't familiar with Rachel Ray she has a show and books called 30 minute meals.

ETA: Scalping! Maybe you could signal her from outside the W-S window-she doesn't seem like the kind of gal who'd leave her fans in the lurch.
