No, we'll be at DBF's parents, then out to lunch for my brother's birthday, then my grandmother's house. We won't get home until probably 8 or 9 at night. Not a big deal, though, everything/everyone is within a half hour.

Yes!! :cool1:

We celebrated on the 22nd with my in-laws, then on Christmas eve we'll spend most of the day celebrating with friends, starting with brunch at a friends house and ending with us all going Fahrarararing at a Chinese buffet after Christmas eve services (if you've seen the movie A Christmas Story you'll understand what Fahrarararing is) and then back to the same friend's house to watch a movie. Then Christmas day it will be just the four of us, in our pajamas all day, playing with our new toys. My sister is planning on coming in on the 26th from North Carolina, but that will now depend on the weather.

The presents are all wrapped, my house is clean and I don't have to cook for two days (we eat out Christmas eve and just do appetizers, chili and snack food all Christmas day). So for the next 48 hours it's just about having fun!!

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays Everyone!!

We are staying home. No family either just the 3 of us in the am and then DD goes to her Dad's so it's just the 2 of us and I am excited about not having the stress.

I actually don't have to work this Christmas, so we're all spending the day at my parents' house. I worked last Christmas and every other holiday this year, so I'm glad I have Christmas weekend off. And then one of my coworkers tried to talk me into working for her, under the reasoning that I "have no kids, so it's not that important" to me. :headache:

Where I work who is off Christmas day goes by seniority so I alway get off at this point but Christmas eve goes by who has no kids and/or is not married....the people with kids get to go home half day Christmas eve and the ones that are single or married with no kids go home half day New Years Eve.

This year we are staying home for Christmas which I don't mind at all! When I was a kid I always hated being taken away from all my new toys a few hours after opening them! So now we will be playing with all the new things we got for Christmas today and celebrating with family on Monday and Thursday next week!

We are going to be home. We dont celebrate christmas because we are Jewish but some of my relatives do celebrate christmas so we were supposed to go over to their house tomorrow morning for christmas brunch but I just had surgery so I am going to be home recovering instead.

It really stinks because I missed christmas at their house last year also because I was in the hospital for a week with the flu and this year I am recovering from surgery. I'm hoping that next year I will finally make it to their house.

Okay it Christmas eve and still don't who's house going to yet. If snow I will stay at home. I have all the fixing for Christmas dinner at the house.
