Staying at VGF.
9:15 FP+ A&E
10:20 FP+ SDMT
11:25 ADR @ Chef Mickeys

Obvs rope drop to be first in fastpassline for both attractions at our start time. If we can get on SDMT by 10:45 ish, I totally think we can hike it to Contemporary.

Worst case scenario we have a FP for SDMT later in the week. But I totally think we can do this. Thoughts????

There are so few FP given to A&E so be there at exactly 9:15

I have no idea how the FP line works for SDMT yet but I dont see why you would not make this.

Exit the park turn left and walk. (or take the resort monorail- contemporary is the first stop)

I think you could make this and do a few more things too!

Assuming a 9am open? I would probably be at rope drop, but not go straight to A&E, get there closer to 10...hit a few other rides walk on first!

Figure you need 5 minutes to get to the front of the park, 10-12 min to walk to contemporary, and 5 minutes to freshen up when you get there....I would plan to leave Fantasyland no later than 11 to arrive generally on time...

It depends on when you're planning your visit. On a 8 or 9 crowd level day, I think you will be pushing it at best.

. . . pretty tight scheduling

. . . sounds ambitious
. . . am sure MANY others are thinking the same thing
. . . plus, CM's often move folks with the ropes to avoid folks rushing to A&E
. . . so, there is a mob behind the moving ropes

. . . if you can get through
. . . remember, even the FP+ lines have long wait times

. . . we hope so
. . . personally, I think this is pushing you luck
. . . you might want to planupon using the FP+ later in the week

You can get through the fp scanners 5 mins before your due time also you can be up to 15 mins late for you ts reservation. Fp will only take you 10-15 mins to get through for a and e. How long for Sdmt no one knows yet.

Well, I think you're pushing your luck as well, but I don't like to have to rush around like that either. You do get a 15 minute window for the ADR, so it's possible but you'll have to do that at a brisk walk I would think.

Looks easy to me as long as you go right to A&E at rope drop. You should have no issue getting to MT at start of that window. Assuming you're off ride within 40 minutes (which should happen barring issues) you can walk to CM in 25 minutes at worse.

This looks very doable to me. I agree with the pp that you could probably even sneak in another ride or two as well before your A&E. Hit that M&G in the 2nd half of your window and the SDMT right at the start of it's window (or even the 5 minutes grace before). This of course assumes there aren't crazy FP return waits for SDMT, which none of us will know until it's open for a bit. But, you can safely use up 40 - 45 minutes on that ride and still make your ADR, so I think you're in good shape.

Short of a break down on the coaster you should be fine. We waited out FP+ for Anna and Elsa 15min on our own (11am), closer to 25min with the kids (9:30am) so I'd aim for getting there near the start of your window.

I'm going to side with a few of the others and say it's tight.

I can see a scenario where it's totally doable with time to spare.

I can see a scenario where you're late for all of it.

The likely scenario is probably somewhere in between.

Most of the time when I look at my schedule at WDW and think "Eh, this is wayyy close" I'm late.

However, most FP+ CMs will let you in late. There have been a few situations where I was late for the window and the band worked. There are also a few where the band didn't work, we told the CM we're just slightly late, and politely asked if we can still get in, and they overrode it. Always remember, the CMs have an override button that will solve you're problems in one tap. Be nice and 99% of time time they let you through.

With ADRs, we have been ridiculously late for a lot of them. I'm never late for anything in the real world, but at WDW, apparently I just can't ever be on time, no matter how many times I go and how well I know the parks and crowds. We've been over half an hour late for Park Fare before, and twenty minutes late for House of Blues and still got to use our ADRs with no fee. I would say that's probably not always the case.

So, even if you're late, you're probably still fine. All and all, I would try to spread those out a bit more and give yourself some more wiggle room, but you're probably fine.
