Will we be able to enjoy Wishes, MSEP, Illuminations, etc without a FP? Some are just not available during our stay. :(

Yes, definitely! You don't need to have FPs to see any of these. FPs will assure you a good spot, but there are plenty of places to watch all of these. :)

We don't waste our FPs on shows, parades or fireworks. You can definitely see everything with them. Just do some research on the best spots without the FPs.

I never had a FP before for parades and fireworks and we always saw them just fine! ::yes::

I was worried about this too, but my group wasn't as interested in parades as I was & didn't want to waste a FP on one. I dashed from tomorrowland to Main Street for festival of fantasy parade and had a spot right behind the curb - only one row in front of us, arriving just 10-15 min before the parade. Still lots of places to easily see it from Frontierland too. I've heard rave reviews about the parade FP, a little more mixed about the fireworks one, but you can easily still see them without.

I am glad to hear this! I didn't want to have to waste a FP on these events, but still want to be able to see them.

My kids are night owls, so I imagine the later MSEP will be no problem at all for us!

Yes.... FP for parades, fireworks, and shows are a newish thing. We all managed to see them before without FP.

If you want an ideal location that you don't have to wait for then FastPass it. If you don't mind waiting or a non-prime location then don't worry about it.

Illuminations is a waste of a FastPass. You can see it all around the lake, just take notice of wind direction before picking your location.

We had FastPass for two shows, the Frozen Sing-a-long at HS and Lion King at AK (we switched our River Rapids one for Lion King when the day turned out to be 50 degrees and windy.)

Frozen Sing-a-long, it got you into the theater earlier then standby and the saved a few seats for later people with FastPass. Sat in the front.

Lion King was a wasted FastPass. We got there about 5 minutes after the window opened, my parents and in-laws got into the normal standby line. They were admitted to the theater before us and had better seats then us.

Yep. We made a game time decision to do the later MSEP on a Saturday night. We sat on the curb in the rotary on Main St and I could've thrown a rock and not hit anybody. My girls love it because all the characters were able to make solid eye contact with them and wave.

We stumbled into a great spot to see the Celebrate the Magic show that night as well as a great spot for the fireworks.
