Will we be able to check in early?

We will be arriving at Poly around 9PM on a Tue the 3rd wk of Oct. The next day we will be switching to seperate rooms in the same hotel on different ressie #'s. We will have all rooms paid off before we arrive. My question is, do you think we'll be able to get into our new rooms first thing in the morning or will we have to pre-register and come back later? I'm assuming we will have to move out of our first night room by 11am.

you should have no problem checking in early but worst case scenario is that they will hold your luggage while you go to the parks. We have arrived on 2 occassions as early as 10:00 am and we checked in both times at that time with no problems

You will have to check out of your first room by 11:00am. I would mention when you check-in that you would like to get your next room early if possible. Then go to the front desk early the next morning. If you aren't particular about requests, they may be able to find you something, a room may have been empty that night. If you want a particular view or building, you may have to wait until the afternoon. You can still check-in and get your new ID's early, but the room may not be ready.

If your 2 new rooms are occuppied by someone else and need to be cleaned for you then you will most likely need to have your bags held by the hotel.

When we checked in to DXL at 11:00 am, they held our bags and when we got back from the parks they had our rooms ready.
