I hate the leave a legacy at Epcot. It looks like a cemetary. Paving stones or planter boarders would have been much better. The idea was fine but not how they did it. I hope they remove it and move the tiles elsewhere.
I don't think Disney will do another "permanent" thing unless something major happens. I can maybe see the new Avatar land or whatever but other than that, I can't really anticipate Disney promoting another massive "you buy, we will slap your face, names, whatever on a tile others can walk on or others can look at and not see it very well".
Says the woman who has a family tile just outside the now exit to Magic Kingdom. Used to be right at the entrance, now at the exit and barely accessible. So, for those who want, be careful of what you ask for. It's not permanent. Still love my tile and the times I lived in when we bought it. But time moves on.
