Will there be a new location soon for Epcot's character connection?

Saw this buried on another thread, so I thought I would throw it out there - the story is that the current meet and greet location is one of the spots usually used for the the food and wine festival in years past, so does anyone know will the location remain the same, move somewhere else, or even go away?!?

Not sure what place your talking about but was there last week and Inovations area had the windows covered and thats where they had a meet and greet.

We were there last week as well and no indication that it was to be moved.
Did notice in the World Showcase that there was an area blocked off with a sign for the wine festival.
