Will the pixar parade be back?

Personally, I LOVE the pixar parade. When we first visited Disneyland, I really had no idea about how well things are done over there. I mean, your parades are amazing!!!!!!!!!!! They're not just men dressed in dirty Koala costumes and a bunch of kids with streamers sitting on the back of a truck lol. Dh and I stood there, in absolute amazements and childlike excitement when the parade started. I truly felt like a child again. It was mindblowing. So well done.

So.............I was wondeing when and if it will be back. We'll be there again for two weeks after thanksgiving and I'm really hoping it will be on, but I'm doubtful with all the work happening in DCA.

That is my favorite parade too! I love the clever, colorful costumes that match the floats. All parades are on hold until the DCA work is done. I hope they bring that one back after construction. This past trip I made a point to watch the Soundsational Parade at DL and enjoyed that one alot. Pixar was still better but it was done by the same people and had great costumes. Way better than that last celebrate one at DL. I never bothered to stop and watch it.

Probably not. The parade route is getting an overhead power lines installed along some of it, for the coming red car trolley.

This will limit the heights of the parade floats and DCA will need something different.
