I am considering another trip to Disney and I usually take a vacation in the month of July, but with the new Summer Season and the rate of the value resorts being higher especially if you want a preferred location and a refrigerator, I was thinking about going in August of 2007. Will it be harder to book a room at the Values during August, especially with the AAA rate? When should I call to book?
I am curious whether more people will book their trips for the month of August now since the rates for May through August 4th have gone up at the values and moderates. Does anyone think that Disney will stop offering discounts in August now since the rate is lower and just offer incentives such as free dining for the month of September through the beginning of October?
Didn't Disney have enough people going in July that they had to increase their rate by creating a new season? Did they make the Value Season at the values and moderates start on August 5th in order to get more people to book in August and they wouldn't have to offer extra incentives?
Does anyone think that Disney will offer incentives now for July since they have new rates?
