This will make a big difference in how I make my touring plan. I've searched but can't find an answer. Thanks!

Are you referring to the new morning event in the Magic Kingdom?

I think she's referring to Extra Magic Hours (EMH), not Early Morning Magic (EMM).
Good question.... I'd like to know that answer, too.

but If she is asking about EMH then maybe since it dose open at 9

Starting June 21 (and probably for a week or two before that for "soft opening") Frozen/Norway will be open at 9am with Future World, so it's very possible it will be included in EMH, but I haven't seen anything official from Disney, or on any of the blogs. You can bet it's going to be extremely popular, so it's very likely it will be included in EMH. Because of it's expected popularity the ride is Tier 1 for FP+, which is another indicator it will probably be open for EMH.

Any answer you get now is pure speculation.
You can't find the answer because Disney has not said yet

silly question about "soft openings", but, is there a way to find out (besides hoofing it over to the ride) that something has "opened soft", while you are at the parks?

I would pay attention to the boards. People are really good about updating realtime for soft opens. The thing is on a soft opening, the hours are not set, they may open an hour, close and then open again.

True,no way to 100% know, but we can give "educated speculation" not "pure speculation" based on history.

For example,if a new attraction opened in Frontierland or Adventureland,we would know it wouldn't be included in AM EMH.

But,what was the last major attraction that opened and was NOT included in EMH?

I can't think of one.

The fact that Froway is opening at 9:00 AM instead of 11:00 AM "almost" assuredly means EMH is coming there-JMHO.:)

Checked on the HUB. It shows that the sisters meet and greet is open during both morning and evening EMH but the attraction is just open 9am to 9pm
Seems weird based on assumed popularity of the ride, but maybe because there is a FP for the ride and not the sisters?

for our September trip plan I am hoping/ planning both Frozen attractions will be open for morning EMH. Luckily I've got time (before we make our FP) to watch and see what actually happens...... I'm betting due to massive crowd appeal they will both be open.

it does seem weird. I'm sure they will change things as time goes by. But you could basically meet the sisters at 8am and then line up for the ride at 9am.

I meant EMH. Touring Epcot is going to be tricky now because FEA is so far from Soarin' and TT. And all are Tier One. I'm trying to come up with a good strategy for a friend that is a first timer so she can do all three and not wait in lines with 3 little ones. She didn't know to do fp early so I scrambled and did her fp yesterday but FEA fp were gone. I'm trying to come up with a plan that won't overwhelm her family. I love that the disboards always come through so quickly. :)

see now thats just going to cause pure mass chaos to the rear of a park. so the question is who will get there first the people staying over by beach club area or everyone else at the front of the park?

either way a very long fast walk for those hot summer mornings. lol guess i'll be able to get on test drive easier now cause it will push people hopefully away from it.

Maybe they will have cm with ropes walking people over from the front entrance and international gateway, then once both groups meet at the entrance to World Showcase before Mexico both groups will merge...that would help with the craziness
