Will the hours change the wk BEFORE Thanksgiving?

I keep reading about hours in the parks changing as it gets closer. I noticed the wk we are going (11/14-20) hours seem very limited. I am hoping the park openings don't change as we have an adr before the park opens...however a couple later nights would be nice(of course there are 4 MVMCP going on that week too). Anyway, should I be worried or does it only change at busy time...Thanksgiving Day and Christmas....?

We were in the MK at the end of January, usually a slow time of year, and they announced that the park would be open one hour later. As far as I know, they change operating hours at the last minute a lot. In fact it seems like they change the times more often in slow periods when unexpected crowds show up then in the busier times.

How far in advance do they usually change it? Is it sometimes within a month of the date, or within 3 months of the date? I am wondering when I can feel "safe" with my prepark adr. I am happy I have it, but it's something we really enjoy-to see main st. nearly empty!

Disney can and does change its hours of operation right up to the day of. They adjust based on expected attendance. Every year, and I mean that literally, when we fly down in October we arrive to find the hours extended for that day. So there is never a time when you can be 100% sure that the hours won't change.
