I'm pretty sure I saw the piano player back already in a recent youtube video.
I haven't heard anything about the orchestra.

The piano player was performing evey day in the late afternoons and evenings when we were there last April The orchestra instruments were set up on the west side of the main floor, but we never saw or heard them perform.

When we stayed CL a few weeks ago, one of the Chefs was there and we were chatting with him. I specifically asked if the Gingerbread house would be back this year, and he said they'd already started making the dough.

I am pleased the piano player is still playing but I miss the orchestra greatly.

If the Instruments are still on the stage could it mean they might possibly return at some point?

I hear once they roll out the Genie+ and get rid of all the bugs, the piano player at the GF along with Yehaa Bob at POR will also become part of the Genie+ experience; all of course for your convenience and pleasure.
