Will The 40% Offer Run Again?

Hi everyone

I know that this is a difficult question to answer but do you think that DLP will run 40% discount offers again for Feb/March 2012?

The current offer is 30% off and as I managed to get the 40% deal for my last Feb trip I am tempted to hold on and see if it runs again

Any thoughts?

No one knows if they will. I suppose it will depend on hotel occupancy. This past year DLRP have pushed the offers for the UK market & it has paid off so they may continue it or they may try a different nation.

You could always book with the 30% offer for a cheaper hotel and if the 40% come up you could then upgrade to a better one.

Good idea!
In Feb I stayed at the Disneyland Hotel and it's spoiled me
So if I just booked Sequoia Lodge and then a good offer for DLH came out I could upgrade and just pay the difference?

Be careful with upgrading as sometimes the new offers are on new bookings only. Others have done it by cancelling their booking, losing money but still saving when they rebook

If you found that the price for SL falls within your budget and if you would be happy staying there if the offer doesnt come up / isnt applicable I would book anyway.
The new refurbed SL rooms look so gorgeous and hopefully I can give my thumbs up on them and show you some more pics when I get back in November!

We stayed at SL a few years ago and I really like it
Where are the refurbed rooms?
Are they the Montana Rooms?

They are refurbishing the whole hotel. At the moment the lodges have become the Montana rooms as the have been refurbed. I would imagine that by the time you go most of it will be complete as they were already starting on the main building.

If you have a look at DLRP Magic theres some lovely pics of the new refurbed rooms . The Montana rooms are in the Lodges for the time being as they've been refurbed but once the main hotel rooms are done, these will be Montana rooms again if you get me?

Book by 30th September for arrivals between 24th August 2011 and 28th March 2012 (except 29th - 31st August, and 31st December 2011) you can save up to 40% on your holiday package from 4 day /3 night stay and up to 25% discount from 3 day / 2 night stay but it's on the ie and be sites. Reportedly you can book through those sites and put your country in a IE or BE and get the pricing. I've not tried it yet, but there are other posts on here where people have said it worked for them. The 40% seems to be for the more expensive hotels and the percentage drops as you go down the ranking.

As regards booking thru other sites, its very doable as the confirmation is emailed to you. You just enter in your normal address and leave the country as whatever countries site youre booking thru

There is an offer running at the moment with upto 30% off book by end of September & some dates qualify for 40% off but they are for Oct/Nov

Well the Irish site has 40% off atm and we usually get their offers after them.

Keep trying to book early in the morning.

I have booked the SQL with 40% at 8am on the Irish webside.

But the offer disappear towards the day and in the evening there is still 25% available.

I have checked this out and its really true.
