As in, my mother booked a bounceback room at the Yacht Club!

For a weekend!

For a girls only weekend with her, me, and Nana!

Oh YAY! I'm so happy to hear you're doing this! How exciting! It will be tough but I'm sure you'll still enjoy the trip sans menfolk.

I'm sure they'll have all sorts of fun, emitting various loud bodily functions, laughing, eating junk, and running around like wild men. Ah, the testosterone.

See?! JUST what I was saying above.

Does this mean I have to write another pre-trip report?

And for that matter two trip reports?

Argh...decisions, decisions...we'll have to let Tink weigh in on this one with her sage wisdom.

Woohoo! Apparently I have sage wisdom! Now, if only I could apply it to my own life...

I think you could do just a trippie for the other one since it'll be a short-ish trip and you'll likely still be occupied with the trippie from this trip. OR you could just interrupt your Pirates Life for 3 trippie with a mini-trippie from Christmas, kind of like our venerable Princess from Charleston did.

Oh, yes. My DH is well-versed in the art of the DIS, although sometimes I have to remind him that LL is the one that's getting married, and CP is the Indy-fan. Oddly, enough he knows who Tink is without my even having to clarify. Perhaps it's because we're so BORG.

I'm so jealous!!! I would LOVE to see this. Egypt is on my "Need to see before I die" list. In a very high-ranking spot along with Italy, Japan, Bora Bora, Australia and those temple ruins in Cambodia whose name ALWAYS escapes me. Like right now.

DH sort of lost hope for a while, and then said to himself, forget about it, she's the one. And started flirting with me and subtly persuing me in his oh so suave Italian way. Didn't take long folks. I didn't stand a chance.

Italian men get this as a bonus with their Y gene. Jerks.

I've done that before with movies I love being on television -- I'll even watch movies we own on HBO -- the latest one was Mr. and Mrs. Smith (because that is Charles and me only we aren't super spies trying to kill each other or built like Brangelina -- so except for that we are exactly like the characters ). Sometimes it's just easier...

Here's another secret: I have all 3 soundtracks from the Pirates movies on my iPod, because there is nothing like feeling you are sailing the Black Pearl while driving a mini-van.

Too cute about DS!

I actually like the third soundtrack the best because of the music for Will and Elizabeth at the end -- it's just gorgeous and heartbreaking at the same time.

Now, I am doubly sad that Pirates is going to be closed while we are there!!! Will it still feel like a Disney trip without Pirates??? I've never not ridden it when we've been there. EVER!
