How sad is it that when my mom sent me the menu for the restaurant we are going too after the spa, I thought, "Geez those will make great trip report pictures." Durrrrrr.

DOH! Alright, no offense, because I'm sure the earl whips up a mean one, but I am a sandwich snob. I grew up with an Italian deli at my disposal...sadly, it's gone now, but those were the best sandwiches ever. With the exception of the panini I had in Assisi in Italy...that was an awesome sandwich...the view of the church and countryside helped too...but I digress into memory...

I'm still trying to decided whether or not I have the hutzpah to photo all my food and do a food trip report....not sure...

Thanks! I needed that laugh. I am about to go nutso over here. My new camera is so much bigger and it's going to be a huge production to take it out, very un-supersecret. I was thinking about just leaving it on the table, but oh my what if spillage happens?

Oh, I forgot about the bulk of the camera. Yeah, mine is not quite so bulky, so it probably wouldn't be as much of an issue. And yeah, I wouldn't leave it on the table...I have a hard enough time doing that with my little one!

The cruise mascot is the cute little mermaid. He helped me to narrow down the choices for the September WDW trip. I am giving him choices. I keep reassuring him that the mascot will not be in every picture but rather the pictures that will highlight the awesome-ness of our trip or provide comic to relief to those who are viewing them.

See I love wheat bread BUT I am not a huge fan of wheat hot dog rolls, only because I like the squishy white hot dog roll to go with the yumminess of a hot dog. I am not sure when they switched, but I will try to find out. I wish they gave you a choice...

From what I have read, there are no white hot dog rolls. Granted, that could change at any time!.

Definitely. BF and I saw that one in the theatre. There were parts that made me cringe. But I liked it. BF loved it.

I'm actually hoping to take a good look at the ADR for that night and make our spa ressies next week, so a definite time is in sight! There! On the horizon!

My gramma was in Assisi a little over a week ago. It was her first trip back since her mother's death (20 years ago). She grew up in Monte Casino.
