Will park availability change if people cancel?

There are no days left for july forAP and no DHS for resort guests for july. Will availability change if people cancel? Is this something I could keep checking?

It seems that Disney has been willing to move park availability around between the three reservation buckets, but it appears as though resort guests have been benefitting the most from any reallocations.

A CM over the phone told me that they do become available if someone cancels.

@DisneyPriness14 Good question & thanks for asking!

I wonder if even if it's only the day or 2 before if Disney will change the numbers to allow more AP's if they see there aren't many resort or regular ticket guests reserving the date/park. I guess as they are open more we will see how the system works. I am jealous of anyone there today based on the low amount of guests in pictures so far.
