Will our tickets still work????

Here is our situation.

Reservation in November at Fort Wilderness.

We are Canadian so they don't mail us our Magic Bands.

No park tickets on our package.

I plan to buy our tickets online from a reseller to save a few bucks. I will have them more than 60 days in advance and link them to MDE to reserve Fastpasses.

On the day of arrival I would ideally like to drop my wife and the kids off at Blizzard Beach before I go and check in and get our Magic Bands.

So, my question is - will the tickets still work, after being added to MDE?

Will they be linked to our Magic Bands already or does that need to be done at check in? And would that mean I would need to have all 4 card with me?

Just trying to save a bit of time and have the kids playing at BB while I am checking in and getting organized.

Yes, they will work. The tickets you get from resellers (as well as tickets purchased from Disney) are RFID-enabled cards. The cards can be used for park admission without the MBs.
