The only thing I found to be a problem was walking all day with my extra weight. I am like you last trip to WDW I was at the heaviest I have ever been and I found that that trip compared to others was the most tiring.By the end of the day my back hurt and my legs were killing me.
The feet issue really is the thing to worry about.
Here are a few tips:
1. Either wear 2 pairs of socks or special socks made for running, walking, or hiking that is sold at sporting goods stores. You may try wearing 2 pairs of those too.
2. Make sure you have well worn in athletic shoes.
3. Drink lots of water.
4. Put you feet up as much as possible when not in the parks.
5. Take an Advil/Tylenol before going to the parks each morning.
6. Eat bananas!
7. Try to get a lot of exercise (walking) done before you go if possible.
We tend to tour commando style from park opening to park close for 5 or 6 days straight.
In 2002, I knew I was in trouble with my feet by lunch the 1st day. On our last trip, I wore 2 pairs of special socks each day, and didn't have any problems until well into day 3. I think that had more to do with me having to go back to regular socks actually.
I got the other tips while on DIS boards, and will try those on the next trip!
