Your post brought tears to my eyes. When I was very young, a baby...my mamaw who had Lou Gehrig's disease came on a Disney trip with me. Those photos, as obviously I can't remember it, are some of my greatest treasures.
I don't know how much she was able to do, but I know she was able to be in one of the happiest places on Earth, seeing her daughter and son in law and grandchild enjoying a great family vacation. I like to believe that brought her a lot of joy.
