Will Magical Express deliver a box or just suitcases?

We will be using Southwest Airlines for our Christmas trip and would like to bring a box of snacks, cereal, etc. I am wondering if Magical Express will claim the box and deliver it to our room along with our other suitcases.

Has anyone had a problem with Magical Express delivering boxes from the airport?

If the airline will accept it as a checked bag, and you put the ME luggage tag on it, then they will deliver it to your room.

I've flown SW in the past with our stroller in its box that I checked as a bag. I put the ME sticker on it and it was right there with our other luggage in our room. Plan to do it again in 12 days!

I also added another label to the box that had my name, flight #, my confirmation #, resort and dates of stay to help if it were lost for some reason. I also brought another one with my home info instead of reservation info for the flight home.
