Will Kidani pool view rooms be open by July 09?

We just booked Kidani 1bed, standard view today for July and were hoping to get a pool view as this is our DD's favourite view. I've been reading old posts though, and read that some people don't think Kidani 1bed pool views will be ready by that time. Can someone please explain to me why? It would seem that these rooms would be done first as this is what most people are going to want to view - parking lots and gardens aren't that exciting to little kids.
