As I read the boards I was wondering do you think that the parks might be a little less crowded around Easter than years passed? It seems like many people are having spring break in March. I know that it will still be very busy but I'm hoping because Easter is so late this year that it might lighten the crowds. We will be there from the 12th and we will be leaving Easter Sunday so we won't be in the parks that day. What do you think?

I doubt it... many school systems give not only a spring break, but also an Easter break, as well. Our school systems spring/Easter break is the week prior to Easter. The 2 weeks surrounding Easter are ALWAYS huge, and ALWAYS busy. We went 2 days after Easter when Easter was in late April, and it was wall to wall packed. I swore NEVER AGAIN!

It'll definately be crowded, but it probably won't be as bad as previous years. The economy is REALLY bad. I was able to get reservations for either week recently at all 3 levels of resort on-site.

I too think there are still going to be pretty big crowds. My son got off a week in February and then has 6 school days off surrounding Easter. We never go during his breaks though. I always end up pulling him out of school.
