Will incentives get better given economy??

I was contemplating either AKV or BLT (I laugh everytime I see that makes me want a sandwich ) But with economy the way it is I decided to sit it out for know. I also didn't think BLT incentive was worth it. AKV had me thinking twice. So what do you think????

I'd like to know also... Has anyone heard what the new incentives at AKL are, if any, since the last one finished 9/20? Would be curious what they're going to do once BLT opens to the public.

And here I am wondering what the new incentives for SSR will be. That said, I'm waiting and watching to see what happens with the economy for the moment.

I purchased over the phone for AKV on the 24th of September. I received all of my 2008pts, matching developer points, $8 off per point, a $500 deposit, and that was it. I was told it was expiring that weekend. Don't know if that was true or a way to rush me into a decision, but if it was over...I would be curious to know what the newer AKV incentive is.
