Will I regret my decision?

I'm thinking of using Your Ride for round trip van service from airport to CBR. Are they reliable? Am I going to regret making this decision?

I'm gathering from the lack of response that this company is not very favorable?! Any suggestions on a good one?

We will be driving again; but in July my sister and niece used Mears as did my best friend. They were happy with their service. Note that it can take up to an hour to get to the hotel; and they come three hours before flight time to make sure you have plenty of time to catch your flight.

We all used them to get to and from Sea World. It worked out wonderful for us. We had no problems.

It's $28 per person to and from the airport and the CBR. The shuttle to Sea World was $14.00 per person.

Mears is the only one I have had any experience with; but I can tell you they were very reliable.

Unfortunately, Mears is the only one I have experience with also. They are reliable! However, we have more in our party now that a limo/van service is more economical...plus there won't be any wait or transfers to other hotels! Thanks for the advice though!

Sorry I couldn't be more of a help. Good luck. If you don't get more responses try looking the rest of the transportation board. Someone out there must have a good idea out there for you.

I never realized this would be such a hard decision to make. But then again...I'm someone who can't seem to make decisions.

Don't know if this will help you or not --- we have used 'your ride'
twice before, when Rabbit owned it. We have our reservations set to use them again for our up coming trip. I sent an email to them this past Saturday to confirm everything - two days later I got a message saying that the email couldn't be delivered. I then used the 'reservation' form from their websit - didn't fill it all out, just the top part & in the 'special request' area I stated that we were just wanting to confirm our reservation. I received an email back from Thom in about an hour -- saying everything looked good!!! So - we are sticking with them & are expecting the same great service that we received from them the other two times that we have used them. You will hear from others about the problems that they had with other company's. We don't hear enough of the 'good' experiences!!!

This help knowing someone is having some good experience with them. When I called on the phone, I don't know who it was that I talked to but, he was a very friendly gentleman. I have also called another company and the gentleman was so rude and gave me a hard time about the 30 minute grocery stop, hence the reason I decided to go with Your Ride. I think I'm going to go with it and just cross my fingers it works out o.k. If worse come to worse I could always jump onto Mears.
