So I've been searching for weeks to get the Tomorrowland Dessert Party, and today - Just now - I was finally able to score one!! :cool1::thumbsup2:cool1:

My issue - We already have a 7:45pm reservation at 1900PF the same night. The dessert party reservation is at 9:20pm. Do you think this is cutting it to close? We did dinner at 1900PF last trip, but I can't remember how long it took. I do remember waiting some time in the lobby to be called after our ADR time..... Makes me a little nervous....

TIA!

I think it is cutting it IMPOSSIBLE 1900 Park Fair is notoriously late on getting people in for their ADRs Even if you get a miracle and they get you in and at your table at 7:45 ( again not going to happen ) you'll be wolfing down your food and probably miss a lot of the character interactions Those are not to be missed If I were you and the dessert party was that important I would reschedule 1900 Park for another time Congrats on that tough to get party !

Sounds like you are cutting it very close. All depending, of course, on how much they are running behind, I think dinner would take about an hour. Then add in travel time, sounds like you are going to be running around like crazy! Is there another night you could do PF for dinner? If it was me, I'd cancel PF and try for a different night. Have a great trip! :goodvibes

First, I can't imagine eating an expensive dinner, followed by an expensive dessert party within the same evening.

What time are the FIREWORKS that night?

Actually that's another great point ROBO re-$$$$ and I'll also add the desserts at Park Faire are excellent too

I agree with everyone else so far that this timing is way too close. Plus why pay for two deserts, I'd move the former to another time and have a mean a couple of hours earlier somewhere else.

Mind you thinking about it again, I bet I could eat two deserts.

Cheers Larry.

I would cancel 1900 PF and grab something smaller in the park instead before the dessert party. I too wouldn't pay for the party after dinner. Just have desserts for dinner... It is a vacation afterall :goodvibes:goodvibes

As much as I like 1900 PF, I agree with the others that have suggested eating somewhere else and then enjoying the dessert party. I booked a lunch at LTT for 2pm that day and even that left me so full that I don't think I truly enjoyed the dessert party as much as I would have liked too, esp the chocolate covered strawberries:rolleyes:

Agree with OP, 1900 is famous for getting behind on reservations. Also way too much food that close together. I'd try and reschedule 1900, but personally I would do 1900 over the party if you can't. But I'm probably in the minority there. I didn't think it was worth the hype, and 1900 is one of our favorites.

Yeah, I'm already looking for somewhere else earlier in the day. Darn - I had everything planned perfectly! LOL

Thanks everyone - What do you guys think if Tutto in Epcot? If I can get there around 4pm or so, that would be perfect I think. :)

I'd say too close. We did dinner at 1900 once and it just seemed to take forever. Even if you got in on time, I think you'd probably get done around 920, then you'd still have to leave, get to MK and get to the party. I wouldn't do it, could you do dinner a diff. night?

Of course everyone's tastes & appetites are different but I have to agree with scdak a big meal afternoon too much Personally I would try to get in line for lunch planning around 11 at BOG or get lunch at Columbia House 12/1 pm

We're all different
