Will I get a survey? And when?

I would really love to leave Disney some feedback (positive and negative) about MM+, FP+, and Legacy FP from my recent trip.

To those who have gotten surveys following the tests...

How long should I wait for a survey before I just assume I'm not getting one and use the good ole WDW guest communications e-mail? I checked out of Pop this past Sunday.

I checked out on Friday 12/6 and got the survey yesterday 12/10.
 

Hmm...I'll give it until Friday I guess, and then I'll send my own feedback form! Thanks guys.
 
I've done three magic band trips and never gotten a survey :(

We were part of the trial in mid-Oct and never received a survey either. The is the first time in years that I haven't received a post-WDW visit survey. :confused3
 
I received one 2 days after we got home (11/25) and then, after I didn't fill it out, another one last Friday.
 
I received a survey about our resort only, not one question about my magic, not even about the bands with the door. It was a long survey too but every question was about the resort only. Oh we'll I guess my opinion doesn't matter on the my magic.
 
The survey I got was very extensive on the whole FP/MB/MDE thing. It took a good 15 minutes to fill it out. I encourage everybody to take the time to fill out a survey if you get one. Its important to give Disney feedback on this program and how it affects you.

Even if you don't get a survey, write a letter to Disney guest satisfaction about your experiences. If you make it a well worded, reasoned letter they will place great weight when considering how to improve the program.

We were there in the beginning of November, stayed on-site. We got a survey, but it was asking about our activities while we were there. No questions about MB's or the resort.

This link should help you with the address. I think either letter or email is good.

When writing, just be sure you make your point clearly and rationally. Your words carry a lot more weight when you do that.

It's important to note that unless the survey has changed since I received mine in October of this year, there isn't any place to just write about all of your opinions and concerns.

It is a question and answer survey, and only one or two questions had a comment box directly related to the question being asked. I was surprised that there was no area at the end where you were asked to share your opinions or concerns on the system in an open format. If that is what you desire, you'd be better off writing a letter so you can include all of your thoughts.

I took three different surveys on our trip and each one said I'd receive an email with follow up questions soon after I returned home. I checked out on Oct 31st.

I'm still waiting. ;)

Gotcha.

Then this was very different from the survey about MyMagic+ that I received back in October, which although extensive, was a more limited question and answer format with very little options for personal input.

I got the survey for our Thanksgiving Trip and to me I seemed like they didn't want to know your opinion about Magicbands, FP+, etc... My surveys were about my stay at Bay Lake Towers and Beach Club Villas. The did ask if I had trouble using the MB to open my door, pay for things, etc... But they never asked a question about did I like I only got 3 FPs per park or some parks were tiered, etc... The survey took a long time to complete but it was very slanted.
 
Thanks guys. Looks like I'll be writing a letter regardless so I can share my opinions :)

I did get an e-mail survey about two weeks before my trip asking how My Disney Experience had worked for me for trip planning, both on the computer and on the app. Those questions were just multiple choice and did not leave room for written feedback.
