I really don't want to go start a whole campfire....

Is there anything else we can use, in the living room? Hehehehehee

I do it all the time! Vanilla-scented. You have to have lots of patience, especially if you don't like them burned.
If you're dying because of it, then I'm right there with ya, and we'll die happy!

I bet you could find out on Wikihow XD
I'm assuming you could.
It's not that different.. I mean, if you can eat them roasted on rotten dirty leaves, then why not over a nice clean candle?

Come on...use the candle and post pics! :rotfl2:

It won't. I am TELLING you. It will NOT toast them. It blows them up.

Yes! NO!! And if youre not careful you'll have a lot of cleaning to do - or a new microwave to purchase if youre lazy.

I made the mistake of using a cinnamon candle once. It was gross so use an unscented one. Some times I skip the whole candle and just use a lighter and a fork. It works well in hotel rooms...not that I would know. *looks innocent*

we don't roast them over a fire. we have a roaring fire then let it burn down into an oven of coals. then we roast them with pure heat, no flame.

Pappa Duece would be proud of my marshmallow roasting skills.

Aaaaaaaaaaaand... today I learned on the DIS that some people are hardcore about their marshmallow fix! :rotfl2:

Just use a match or a lighter. I do it all the time. Or if you have a gas stove turn on the burner and toast it there. Skip the smelly candle. Why would you want Yankee Candle flavored marshmallows anyway?:confused3 :rotfl2:

DH is a s'mores lover. He uses the toaster oven to enjoy the treat inside. He devised a way to open the toaster oven door and roast marshmallows. He figured out a way to make the toaster oven think the door was closed so the element would still heat. He is very devious like that. He's a keeper.
