We are going Feb. 2-8, staying at all star sports. We arrive on Saturday, and all the national Dance teams arrive on Friday, so I am wondering if we will just get what is left. My boys really want to stay in the football rooms but I am now worried that we will not even get a request. We have two connecting rooms.

Nobody here can give you a positive answer to your question, but we can send you some pixie dust. Hope it helps!

There's really no way to know. Have the request noted on your reservation and politely remind them at check-in. pixiedust:

Having connecting rooms will make it harder to get any request because the front desk had to find two rooms together that meet your request; much harder than finding one room, or even two rooms close to each other. If the football rooms are really important maybe you should consider removing the request for connecting rooms if you can

I can remove the connecting room request, that roon is my fil and my sil so we don't have to be connected. I thought that might help. I am just frustrated, I thought it was going to be a slow week. It still might be but our hotel is not going to be slow the first few days.

WE have gone to WDW as part of a very large group (about 300 people). We booked our rooms as one group (they gave us a great discount) and we were all placed together in the same building.

My guess would be that the same will happen with the dance teams. Taking into consideration the size of the AllStar Resorts I don't really think you will have a problem with only getting the "left over" rooms.

I was at ASMo last year at that time and the resort was very busy...the kids were everywhere and they were not just at ASSp. They were spread out over all 3.

Did they cause a lot of problems at the resort? I have heard that they can be very noisy all hours of the night, is that how you remember it? Was it still a nice time of the year to go or did they make the park crazy also? Thank you for all you info. It is a lot of help.:)
