Unfortunately, I think the answer is no. But what will his theory finally cost the American people? Should we start to hold politicians accountable?
Unfortunately, I think the answer is no. But what will his theory finally cost the American people? Should we start to hold politicians accountable?Well, first it's not his theory, it's the scientific communities.
Anyway, even if it's all bunk, the net result will still be far better for us. Cleaner air, cleaner water, less dependence on foreign oil (which is good for our economy AND national security) and a brand new "green" industry will spring up, creating jobs and economic growth.
What's not to like?
This is the thing that just mystifies me. I don't care if the theory ends up being wrong or not. The recommended solutions are going to HELP us whether the theory is correct or not!

If we're going to start holding politicians accountable, I say lets start with making Bush pay for the search/war for WMD in Iraq.

With 160 square miles of the Wilkins Ice Shelf in Antarctica collapsing and torrential rainfall and flooding in the midwest just within the last month, I don't think Al Gore will have to worry about global warming being debunked any time soon, so the question is moot.
