Will Florida follow California??

Has there been any news that WDW will follow the updates in DL with the earlier park hopping hours and ride photos included with G+ ? We have a trip soon and would love those perks!

No news for Florida, except APs. I don't think very many people really buy photopass at DL. Plus, Maxpass at DL had previously included photos. So, I think that's why they chose to do it at DL.

Changes to park hopping and general photo pass have not been announced for WDW

Genie+ still includes photopass for each day you buy it at dlr.

It that in effect now? I saw the announcement but hadn't seen a start date (or whether it was implemented immediately . . )

Yes. This was recently changed.

Not sure if this is helpful, but my mid January 2023 WDW ride photos were automatically linked to my account (Frozen, Seven Dwarfs, and Test Track,) - I assume because I had on a MagicBand+. It put them in my Photos area (reached by clicking the three bars in the lower right corner). It let me see them just enough to decide if I wanted to purchase them (by writing PhotoPass all over them). I did nothing to sign up for them that I'm aware of - I paid for G+ some days and some ILL$. Update: I double checked and as of 2/8/2023 the photos are still in my MDE account, and it's still asking me if I want to "Buy" those photos. No idea of the pricing, I hesitate to hit the buy button to check since my cc is on file and they are really not flattering photos lol.
