Will first aid keep and freeze cold packs for me?

I have not and i will have to look into them and their cost.

Just a heads up, the crackable/instant ice packs don't stay cold for a very long time. I've used a multitude of them over the last 6 months with my trigeminal neuralgia and knee surgery.
