Will Expedia Rates Come Back...Or Am I Too Late

I'm sitting here with a dull feeling of disappointment burning in my gut. I wish, wish, wish I had booked the Disneyland Hotel for our December visit while the Expedia rates were so good during the last twenty-four hours. Instead, I kept second-guessing whether the rates would get even better. I had told myself that my "do-able" amount at the DLH was going to be $180/night and the rates on Expedia were $188 (plus the $16 resort fee). I didn't realize they would be snapped up so fast!

My question is...in your experience, will the rates kind of fluctuate over the next couple of months or was that a once in a season rate that we're not likely to see again?

Did you check getawaytoday.com? I got an email saying they had the $400 off deal too.

The rates on that site are pretty similar to DL's site: about $220/night when you factor out the cost of the park hopper tickets. I'm so bummed. Shoulda, shoulda, shoulda booked!

I'm pretty upset too :headache:. My friend and I are staying at the Paradise Pier in October and the $100 a night rate is not available for all of our nights.

First of all I don't want to stay on-site because I can't really afford too, but my friend is picky and doesn't want to stay off site, plus she can afford it. I would have loved to have taken advantage of that low rate - but she's in charge of booking and is not as on top of things as I would like. Now it looks like we're going to pay almost $1000+ for 4 nights :sad1:.

Is that for your room only at PPH? We are staying 4 nights with the fall promo (through Costco) with park hoppers for 3 of us for just over $1000. If you are paying that much for your room only I would suggest you go with the package promo Disney has right now that saves $400 off a 4 night on site stay.
