Will Epcot dinner ADRs open up more after CP packages are available?

We do not want a CP package, but my daughters want to eat at San Angel in...no dinner availability at all during our trip 12/25-1/1. Does anyone know if this will open up at all?

Keep watching. As it gets closer people will cancel. If you go to touringplans.com you can user their reservation finder to be alerted when something opens up.
