Will DisneySea be the #1 theme park ?

Gee all the news and pics and construction details from this new park are amazing, but will it actually be the leader of theme parks around the world as I have heard?

After living in Tokyo for a while, I would guess the new park will be a goldmine. aThe Japanese re so incredibly pro-disney it's almost silly. Does Disney outright own DisneySea unlike TDL (one of DIS' biggest mistakes)? Anyway, should be exciting! Too bad it will probably be another 20 yrs (if I'm lucky) to get back over there.

I do not think it has the capacity to beat Tokyo Disneyland or the other Magic Kingdoms at first, but it will almost definitely be in the top 5.

The pictures are wonderful and I absolutely love the water theme (being prior Navy). I have set a goal for my wife and I to get there by 2007 and put another Disney notch in the big black ear.
