Will Disney sell more points to Beach Club?

I only have a resale contract and was looking to buy my next contract direct. Do they ever offer more direct contracts to Beach Club or has that ship sailed?

That pirate ship has sailed. But also it's a terrible idea to buy Beach Club direct when you can save up to 150 dollars per point off direct by going resale

Yeah, If the price differential didnt make sense Id go resale for sure. Was hoping for a VGF type deal they had this summer. But sounds like a long shot.

Unfortunately yeah, I can't even remember the last time they had BCV incentives. BWV I know had incentives a couple years ago that brought the price down from 210 to 188, but nothing like that recently. BCV is currently listed as 275, I'd be surprised if the price went lower than 250 and that's being generous.

Makes no sense to buy BCV direct. It barely makes sense to buy BCV resale financially speaking to be honest, other than it is a beloved resort and amazing place to stay.

Other than only VGC (I believe) you can buy any resort you want to direct. I read about this on here a few years ago (2018) and most people said that there was no way for new buyers to be added to the wait list for the resort. Only one person said they'd actually asked and that they had been offered points a few weeks later.

I spoke to a guide and asked if I could be added to the waitlist for the resort. He initially told me that there was a very long list and tried to persuade me that I wanted to purchase somewhere else. When I said that I didn't want another resort and would happily purchase resale he said he would speak to his manager. I was added to the waitlist and offered points about 6 weeks later.

Nobody's denying you can buy the resort direct. However, there are no incentives to decrease the price that is listed which is 275 per point which frankly is terrible compared to buying it for 125-135 through resale.
What was Disneys incentive offering more VGF at reasonable price? Im somewhat curious to see if they convert more rooms to DVC and offer a descent price.

The reason they added more is because they were having a hard time filling VGF through the cash side. BCV I don't think has that problem from the cash side and the DVC for BCV was more of an afterthought.

I believe the Disney Deluxe footprint was overbuilt for the prices that they now want to receive for the rooms. Pricing was different in the 80s/90s. That's what presented the opportunity to convert BPK to being DVC in essence.
