Will Disney resorts provide toddler step stools?

For something like this, we usually ordered the cheapest thing we could find at Walmart/Amazon/etc, left it for someone else at the end of the trip (if possible and sanitary), and chalked it up to the cost of doing business. Suitcase space was always at too much of a premium for something like this. Maybe another option for you.

I know this thread is old, but but for future reference, I called housekeeping at the Riviera to ask if they had a step stool and they brought me a metal one with a tall handle... it looks like it's for adults, but worked perfectly for my newphew. I don't know that it's a standard offering at all resorts, but they did have it at the Rivier!

We just recently were at Beach Club and they provided a very cute wooden step stool with a Mickey cut out upon request! They were lovely about it.
