Will Disney replace scratched Infinity game like they do movies?

I know with scratched DVD movies you are able to send in and have your movie replaced for about 8 dollars or so. I was wondering if they do something similar with Infinity.

I just bought the lone ranger pack and the game will not work. I forgot the kids mentioned it was glitching on the last set I bought. At $35 a set it is like buying a new game without the game. I am beginning to understand why I don't like this system. Kids love it so much though.
