We're a party of 3 adults, 9, 6, and 2 yr old and a baby who will be 9 months when we travel to disney. I'm having trouble getting a table at restaurants. Mostly because they are booking me for 7 people. The guy I talked to for Disney dining reservations said that they don't have any tables that accomodate 7 people at the Castle. Is this true? Has anyone had a similar problem? What a bummer it would be to have to split our party up... surely other people with large families eat here as well?

Also-- does anyone know how it works with Cinderella... someone told me (If I remember correctly) that Cinderella does not make rounds to tables at dinnertime... just at Breakfast and Lunch.

We have 13 people going to Cindy's for breakfast! They did tell us that we will be split but close togeather. Just go and have fun, you will be on vacation AND at Cindy's!!!!!

We have an adr for CRT breakfast 1-27 for 7 people- 5 adults, 2 kids. They said we may be at two tables. We've gone several times with a larger family. They have 1-2 large tables for parties of 12- been there once. The other times we've always had separate tables but they were side by side. It kind of made it easier b/c it gave us more room and when the characters came, it made getting out to take pictures much easier. Just be sure to put it under one adr and you should be fine....
Cinderella is guaranteed only for breakfast and lunch. During breakfast and lunch, Cinderella is downstairs for pictures on her throne and her princess friends are upstairs and rotate the tables for pictures. I think Cinderella is often downstairs for a picture during dinner, but no promises.

of eight next to us last summer. As mentioned above they were seated at tables next to each other.

We're also a party of 7 with 2 tables - in fact, many of our ADR's have us at 2 tables.

We are a party of 7 and have eaten at the Castle together at one table. It was a long rectangular table..possibly two tables pushed together, not for sure on that fact. But we were definintely seated together. In fact we have never been separated at any of sit down restaurants.

i am pretty sure she is always there for dinner in the lobby for photos, If not, what would you get pictures of , for the photo package? :confused3

We always travel as a party of 7 to WDW - dh and I and 4 kids and grandma. Last time we ate in the castle was 2 years ago for dd's 5th birthday and we were seated at one table.

I have been told a few times when making adr's that we may be at two tables, but the truth is that has never happened to us at any restaurant in Disney. Maybe they pushed tables together, but we have traveled as 7 for 3 trips now and we have always been seated as one table.

We have traveled at busy restaurant times...end of June into July 4th in 2005 and for free dining in 2006 and 2007. However, I do tend to make my adrs fairly far in advance and then we generally stick on them...maybe a change or two but even those are done several months in advance.

Same here, as a party of 9. We were always seated together at one large table everywhere we ate, including dinner at CRT. :goodvibes
