Ok, maybe a stupid question here but can tickets be purchased to be held at will call the same day as pick up? We now may not decide if we're going to universal until that day.

Yes, you can literally be standing at the gate, order your tickets on your smart phone and pick them up at the kiosk. Although it may be quicker to call 407-224-7840.
