Will Call tickets pickup

If I buy my tickets using the Will Call Pickup option, where besides the theme parks can I pickup them? Can I pick them up at Downtown Disney, maybe at Disney Quest? (Staying offsite, so the resorts are not an option for us)

We want to avoid the ticket booth lines on our first day.
