Will-call questions...

If I order theme park tickets directly from WDW and have them held for will-call pick up, can I pick them up someplace other than the TTC?

Will Call orders are only available at the Walt Disney World® Resort in Florida, and tickets can be picked up starting the day after an order is made. Upon arrival, client can pick up Will Call ticket order at one of the following ticket sales locations: the Ticket and Transportation Center at Magic Kingdom® Park, Epcot®, Disney-MGM Studios, or Disney's Animal Kingdom®. Please have client present confirmation number along with a valid photo ID (e.g.driver's license, passport, or military I.D.), at any ticket sales location.

We always do will call. Picked them up at MGM both times, no problem. Last time was annual passes so it took longer, but no problems.

If you are staying at a Disney Resort Hotel, you can pick them up at Guest Services in the lobby of the hotel at any point during your stay. I did this with our MNSSHP tickets I purchased via CRO with AP discounts. They don't mail those since they don't, or can't, verify AP validity. You can even pick them up while one member of the family is standing in the check-in line or immediately before or after checking in.
