Will Call PU & Lobby Concierge Hours (or closet Will Call to Dolphin)?

We are staying at the Dolphin and need to pickup our Will Call tickets. I’ve read we can do that at a Disney Resort Lobby Concierge, so ideal scenario would be to pick them up at the Boardwalk Inn and then grab dinner nearby as we’ll be there around 7:30 PM. Anyone know typical hours of the Lobby Concierge? Alternatively, which Will Call would be closer if we are doubling back to the Boardwalk for dinner. We plan on being at DHS bright and early the next AM, so would rather not fuss with tickets

Probably your closest guest services is at the International Gateway (backdoor of EPCOT). Past the Boardwalk, Left over the Bridge, Right at the end of the Bridge, Past the friendship boats and you're there.

7:30 PM will not be an issue at the Boardwalk. You could also walk over to guest services at the international gateway for Epcot.

I pick up my Will Call tickets at Guest Relations at the International Gateway. It’s the least busy if you go late afternoon or night.

I didn’t know you could pick them up at a concierge desk.

Well, hello! That's awesome. I just went back and looked at the list of benefits of the Dolphin/Swan and there it is, two Disney ticket booths. Yeah! Thank you for that tip!

I’ll just add that we loved the Dolphin (have stayed there 2x)! IMO, the pools are as nice or nicer than the BC/YC. They also offer 24 hour quick serve and the nachos there are really good for an afternoon or late night snack! And the beds are small, but comfy!

If you can get a 1st floor patio room facing the pools (I think it’s west wing), it’s nice sitting out there-plenty of ducks and rabbits to keep you occupied!
