I'm looking to buy one-day tickets for MK and on the Disneyworld site, there is the option of free pick up at Will Call or international postage for $25.

Obviously free is better than $25 but can anyone tell me what the queues are like at Will Call. Will we end up spending an age queueing?

It'll be Wednesday 3 May when we are going.

Thanks.

You can go to ANY ticket booth, or Guest Relations, or Will Call window at WDW.
If you are driving to MK,
there are ticket booths at TTC (the MK parking lot area) so you could stop there before
heading to MK, proper.
There are 2-3 Guest Relations/Will Call windows just outside the MK gates.
These ticket locations (TTC/MK) will open about 7:30AM on any morning MK is set to open at 9AM (or 8AM EMH) and they will open at 6:30AM when MK is scheduled to open with a 7AM EMH.
You could also pick up your tickets at any Concierge Desk in the lobby of any WDW Resort.
Or... at the Disney Springs Guest Relations.
