Will BCV store refrigerated food?

We get in before our family, and we will have refrigerated food for them. Can we leave food for them at Bell Services?? We do not expect to be at the resort when they arrive.

We called DVC, and according to the CM, yes, cold/frozen food can be stored for them.

Yes, they can store refrigerated or frozen items. They simply will not take responsibility for keeping them cold/frozen during transport from one resort to another.
